Catering Department Safety Work Meeting
At 2.30 P.M. on 27th August, the Catering Department held a safety work and labor skills training meeting for the new academic year in the joint classroom of the Junior High School Division. 
First and foremost, the chef and foreman conducted detailed training for the staff on raw material roughing, cleaning, cutting, dish processing, plate cleaning and disinfection, food sample retention and other aspects.
In addition, Director Chao proceeded safety education training for employees, emphasizing the significance of food safety, and signing a safety responsibility letter with employees, after which he tested the staff on the contents of the training.
To sum up, the principal in charge put forward the requirements and expectations of the staff for the new school year as follows: firstly, all employees must be active, enthusiastic, meticulous and work efficiently to serve the staff, and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the school. On the other hand, everyone should develop a good habit of saving, paying close attention to personal grooming, and building the Catering Department into an excellent team with strong fighting force, strong execution and vitality. More remarkably, everyone should strive hard to let students fall in love with Anqing Foreign Language School, stay in Anqing Foreign Language School, and let the canteens of Anqing Foreign Language School become the ones that our children will remember for a lifetime!
